When traditional art structures begin to crumble, how does the game change? As borders close and international connections are severed, artists working inside Iran are becoming increasingly isolated from the international art world.
Now more than ever, Iran’s art scene needs a direct window into the work of a new generation and underrepresented practices, voices that rarely find a place in the established art market or in the familiar narratives Western media tells about Iran.

Introducing Continuum: Artist Relief for Iran, presented by Duran Art Projects (DAP). The initiative aims to shift the conversation and bring the work of a new generation of visual artists into the international art scene.
200+ artists / 600+ works / 20+ independent spaces.
This is more than a small-scale campaign. It brings together artists, galleries and independent spaces across Iran, carrying their work beyond borders and into a wider international conversation.
All proceeds from artwork sales go directly to the artists. No commission taken by DAP. No gallery commission. Just direct support for the people making the work.

This is about building new pathways for Iranian art. Through curatorial research, collaboration and international exchange, Artist Relief connects practices developing inside Iran with audiences, curators, galleries and institutions beyond its borders, while creating space for artists too often left outside established narratives.
A new direction in visual arts, holding space for independent voices and narratives that exist beyond the clichés of Iranian art.
